If you are registering for a workshop please send the appropriate fee to assure

specific program and location (city). Go to 'Scheduled Workshops' and click on
the Downloadable Registration Form to obtain a registration form and to see
dates, locations and prices.
*If you register for a workshop electronically we must receive your fee seven days
prior to the workshop to hold your place. If it is not received by that date you will
have to pay the full fee! Register early!
